Apple Day 2018
Join us at Cressing Temple Walled Garden for our annual Apple Day on Sunday 14th October (11am – 4pm) . There will be a wonderful range of different apple varieties for you to find out about and Cressing Temple apple juice to take home.
Our varieties include:

- D’Arcy Spice
- St Edmunds Pippin

There will be apple experts with us for the day, displaying a wide variety of apples and answering your questions about apples and apple growing and identifying your own apples. Please bring along a sample if you have an unknown variety you would like them to identify .
There will be lots more for you to see and do on the day, including:
- Folk music and clog dancing
- Medieval re-enactment
- Have a go archery
- Children’s garden trail and garden games
- Cider and apple juice tasting
- Bread baking
- A selection of rural craft displays
- bee keeping
- willow weaving
- weaving and dyeing
- traditional woodworking
- Jam, chutney, honey, homemade cakes, apples and plants for sale
